The illustrated disc flight line is based on the manufacturer
field testing results, during its development process. So,
to level the playing field we chose to put a different spin on
things for such visual illustrations. Sticking to the manufacturer's test results will offer you a good baseline for how that
particular disc will fly.
The Innova Jungle King Halo Lion is a beautiful overstable midrange disc with a beveled edge and a large bead on bottom. The Lion as a 5 speed can be used off the tee on par 3's when you want lots of glide and control. This is a Micah Malone stamp and it's awesome. The Jungle King features a fierce, roaring male lion through wavy strands of fur. It's ready to attack and the stamp captures a strong look in the eyes.
The flight path of the Lion is lots of sneaky forward glide. This disc takes off out of your hands and keeps going down the fairway. As a halo blend disc it's slightly more overstable right out of the box than other discs in the same mold. So you'll also see lots of fade early on in this discs life. It's a great choice for folks who have strong arms and want a mid that doesn't flip when extra power is added. The Lion lives between the 200 and 300 foot range when you don't want to muscle up a putter or power down a fairway driver.
Halo plastic from Innova is a premium blend. It's got that outer colored ring that gives it that name, it's durable, and it's the choice of DGPT players as well as locals because it works time and time again.
Snag the Innova Halo Lion with the limited edition Jungle King stamp on it while you can. This disc is going to be your overstable workhorse mid. Throw the Lion with confidence.
